Each die features a high-quality mold steel that supports automatic flash cutting. These dies require only a short amount of time to cool and feature a long service life.

Plasticizing System

Bestar produces blow molding machines that feature a smooth operation, less noise, and a high efficiency. These molding machines feature an extrusion screw with a high plasticizing capacity with a barrel design and barrier screw. Both the plasticizing screw and the barrel are made of a special nitrogen treated steel for a higher hardness and longer service life. Our blow molding equipment is capable of working with a variety of materials, including PE, PP, PC, PA, PVC, PETG, and EVOH.

Control system

Austria B&R's latest generation control system is designed with Intel Atom 1.46G low-power 64-bit processor, featuring integrated control, operation parameters display and adjustment via control panel. The system has functions of automatic fault diagnosis and automatic alerting;
18.5" touch screen with user-friendly interface; 100 points axial parison thickness control system can precisely control the wall thickness of the plastic product, thus significantly saving the raw materials;
Programmable timer is used for heating control, by which user can save the energy during the machine downtime;
USB interface allows easy transfer and read of data;
Ethernet interface for remote service, remote diagnosis and parameter adjustment;
Flexible update options;

Hydraulic System

Employing servo variable-speed hydraulic pump to save 40% of the energy in comparison with conventional oil pump, providing higher energy efficiency;
Small load of hydraulic pump, less self-heating of system, ensuring the hydraulic system more energy efficient;
Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valves are used for high stability, fast response and excellent precision;
PLC control of oil temperature, guaranteeing smooth operation;
Double filtering, prolonging the service life of hydraulic components;

There is a separate electrical enclosure for strong and weak electricity currents in order to eliminate interference.
A high voltage isolation transformer prevents man-made or accidental short circuits, thus protecting the PLC control system.
Industrial air conditioners can be embedded in the electrical enclosure to prolong the service life in hot, humid or dusty environment and ensure a full system smooth operation.

The flash cutting system is used for cutting the flash in bottlenecks, shoulders, and handles. It features electric control, while also supporting flash cooling and removal.
The undercut system includes structure tower clamps and features an electrical control and cylinder driven performance. The height is adjustable according to product size.

Servo System

Synchronous servo motor is equipped to drive the extruder screw, providing a stable and energy-saving process;
Bottle pick-up device is linearly movable forward and backward, thereby conveyor belt length can be reduced for space saving;
