B20D-1050 fully automatic twin-station extrusion blow molding machine is mainly applied in the large-batch production of custom plastic containers, it has 200kN clamping force and 1050mm carriage stroke. By using this blow molding machine, plastic containers and bottles of various shapes can be produced with high consistency due to the use of tie bar type clamping unit that provides strong and consistent locking force.

Plasticizing System

• Bestar produces blow molding machines that feature a smooth operation, less noise, and a high efficiency. These molding machines feature an extrusion screw with a high plasticizing capacity with a barrel design and barrier screw. Both the plasticizing screw and the barrel are made of a special nitrogen treated steel for a higher hardness and longer service life. Our blow molding equipment is capable of working with a variety of materials, including PE, PP, PC, PA, PVC, PETG, and EVOH.
